  • Job applications — Retained for up to 12 months from the date of application. Applications for successful candidates are retained as part of the employment record.
  • Website analytics — Aggregated, anonymised data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be used to identify any individual.

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
